Pleasant Prairie Training Plan Kick-off!

Lauren Wong from Well Fit will be providing a full training program again this year for all newbies racing at Pleasant Prairie. The kick-off for this program will take place on Saturday, April 1st at 2:00 pm at the Well Fit studio (1700 W. Hubbard.) 

During this clinic, Coach Lauren will go over the specific training plan we are using to train for Pleasant Prairie, explain the principles behind the plan, and answer any of your questions. 

Following the Training Plan Seminar, stick around for a Muscle Activation & Stretching Clinic! This clinic will cover key points in strengthening and preparing your muscles for triathlon activities and for stretching post-workout. 


After the clinics, there will be a post-clinic CTC Social at Output Bar and Grill, 1758 W Grand Ave, Chicago, IL. This facility is an easy walking distance from Wellfit and we should be there by 4 pm or so. Even if you cannot make the clinic, come on by to say hello and welcome our 2017 Newbies. Experienced triathletes encouraged to attend and be ready to answer questions about training and racing!
