The Power of Simulated Altitude Training
Whether you are planning to win your next race, or just want to shed a few pounds, adding simulated altitude to your training will compound your results within a very short time. In fact, Training at Simulated Altitude has been proven to outperform regular training by 2-3 folds. In this lecture, you will gain an understanding of how training at lower oxygen levels can increase your aerobic power and sprint ability by 25-35% in 4 to 6 weeks. These kinds of results cannot be duplicated at sea level condition!
Come for happy hour at 6 pm to meet and mingle with other CTCers. A 1 hour clinic will start at 7 pm.
New & renewing members can pick up your CTC member gifts during the 6-7pm happy hour. We also sometimes have a raffle after the talk, so make sure you stay for the end!
