the Group Workouts
To motivate members to train and to introduce members to one another,
the club organizes group workouts. We try to offer something for members
of all levels. Most workouts are open to athletes of all abilities and
speeds. For some of our workouts, we split the group according to speed,
distance or ability.
Group workouts are for current
Chicago Tri Club members only, unless otherwise noted. Please have your
member card ready to show the workout leader.
Most of our in-season workouts
are free with membership. Some of our winter workouts are fee-based to
cover pool or spin-room time & coaching fees.

Group swim workouts are back! We are offering a free weekly swim workout lead by some of the clubs best coaches.

VQ Classes will begin on January 19th. The computrainer sessions are full.
We will also have 20 cyclops trainers available on a first come first serve basis.
You can sign up for the cyclops trainers 1 week before each class.
