Meet at the CARA Board at 7:45 am, wheels down at 8:00 am. We ride up to Plaza del Lago and beyond. Beginner friendly group ride. Some weeks we may meet in a different location. Check the Stack for details. Helmet required.
Meet at 6 pm at Ohio Street Beach for a timed swim-run. In the water at 6:30 pm Swim 1/2 a mile or a mile and then run a 2 mile course. Stay for Stink and Drink afterwards! If the Park District flag is green or yellow we will meet. If the flag is red, the event is cancelled.

Join us for a transition clinic. We will go through basic set up and rules, practice moving from swim to bike to run and answer questions. This is an interactive clinic, so bring your gear!

Join us for an open water swim clinic with Coach Fitz of Chicago Blue Dolphins! This is an interactive clinic, so bring your swim gear. CTC will provide gear watch for your stuff while you swim.
Join us at Johnny Sprockets (on Broadway!) for a fix-a-flat clinic. Bring your bike (we can't fit all the bikes in the shop, but will have a valet so you can bring just a wheel in) or a wheel so that you can practice. CTC will provide pizza and drinks for this event.
