    Athletico Lincoln Park South, 2000 N. Clybourn Ave.

    Training season is here, and we want to help you stay strong, healthy, and injury-free all the way to the finish line! Join us for our Pre-Season Injury Prevention Workshop with Athletico Physical Therapy to learn essential techniques to keep you moving pain-free.

    This hands-on session with Athletico’s expert physical therapists will cover injury prevention strategies, strength & mobility exercises, and training tips to help you perform at your best. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned triathlete, this workshop is packed with valuable insights to keep you race-ready!

    Please gather at the clinic at 7:00 pm for refreshments, dressed to move. Hands-on session starts at 7:30 pm.

    Housing for the Door County Triathlon.  Check in after 4:00 pm Friday July 11.  Checkout by 10:00 am Monday July 14.  Sprint race is Saturday July 12.  Half-iron race is Sunday July 13.  Cabin rental is "5th hole", 5080 Alpen Ln, Egg Harbor, WI 54209 .  2.2 miles north of the race start at Frank Murphy Park, and just steps off the half-iron race course.  3BR, 2BA, sleeps 10.  Choice of sleeping arraignment given in order of registration.  Rooms (and beds) will need to be shared.  There is a large screen porch, a fire pit, and a kitchen, but this is a "rustic", dated cabin that is a bit cramped inside with ten people (but a lot of fun).  Fee of $200 is for each person, and includes some club-provided water and food for a BBQ.
